Questo corso si prefigge di: -introdurre lo studente ad una prima conoscenza base della Lingua Inglese finalizzata alla comunicazione e alla comprensione del linguaggio parlato e, soprattutto, scritto; -aiutarlo a comprendere la lingua attraverso l’ascolto di situazioni il più possibile “reali”, allo scopo di abituarlo alla velocità della lingua parlata; -stimolarlo ad esprimere le sue opinioni e il suo pensiero in lingua inglese; -farlo familiarizzare con testi inerenti all’ambito della comunicazione e dell’attualità.

Ascolti, letture, esercizi di grammatica e comunicazione, dialoghi ed esposizioni, composizione scritta. Programma: Verbs: Verb to be, Have/has got, Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, Past Simple (regular and irregular verbs), Was/Were, to be going to (predictions and plans), be or do?, go/have/get, imperatives, like+verb+ing, Can/can’t, could, verb+to+infinitive. There is/there are, there was/there were, some/any. Countable/uncountable nouns, quantifiers. This/that/these/those. Subject pronouns, object pronouns, possessive pronouns. Possessive adjectives, comparatives, superlatives. Adverbs (manners and modifiers) Word order. Prepositions of time, Prepositions of place. And, but, or, so, because.
